Andy Clarke

Andy Clarke

Andy began working in comics in 1998 with Dan Abnett on Sinister Dexter for 2000AD. He has made modest contributions to Judge Dredd (including a newspaper strip), worked on Nikolai Dante and Shimura with Robbie Morrison and with Kek-W on Rose O’Rion. He co-created Thirteen with Mike Carey and teamed up with Andy Diggle for Snow/Tiger. Since 2005, he has been very fortunate to work with some of the best writers on a small number of titles in the US: Aquaman, R.E.B.E.L.S. and Batman for DC and a Mystique/Logan Legacy one-shot for Marvel. He’s also done the odd cover here and there…

“It’s great to be able to continue working with Mike — both he and Joe have set up a very warm and inviting atmosphere — feels good to be here! I always wanted to do something sci-fi again at some point — it was the genre I started out with on 2K and I’ve always been a fan. And getting the chance to work with Paul was just too good to miss.”
